How do I use the configurator?

1. There are two ways to use the configurator. One way is to use the "Create your System" option which will take you through a easy step by step way to get to the configurator or by just selecting the system displayed on the first page that most interests you .
2. By clicking on the CUSTOMIZE button you will be taken to a page where it will list the components of the bundled system together with other optional add-on's or upgrades.
3. To choose other options given, click on the drop down box to make your selection
4. After all the selections are made, click on the CUSTOMIZE button. This will give you a new total for your system.
5. If you wish to make any other changes, do so and then click on the RE-CALCULATE button to get the new total.
6. After you are happy with your newly configured system, click on the CREATE QUOTE button to create a Quote Number for your chosen system..

How do I Assign a Quote for the chosen system?

If you have gone through the customization stage, then you will see a CREATE QUOTE button. This will create a Quote Number for your chosen system once you have entered your personal details.. There will always be a CREATE QUOTE button for you to assign a Quote for the system you have chosen.

How do I add the quantity?

After you have been assigned a Quote Number for your chosen system, enter the number of systems that you want and click on the UPDATE button. This will automatically update your Quote Summary giving you a new total.

I need help with a product! Who do I contact?

Call the above number for any inquiry that you may have. If you want to email, then click on the CONTACT US link located at the top and bottom of your page or if you are in the customization page click on the HELP button.

How do I bring up the configuration using the quote number?

On the top and bottom menu bar you will have a Get a Past Quote link. Click on that link and you will be taken into a page which lists all the quotes made on this site and a search box. Either:

1. Select a Quote number from the drop down menu and click on the button.
2. Enter the Quote number and then click on the button.
